Take an early morning dip, or a refreshing rinse after a day on the coast, in the large, lily dam. The open plan kitchen & dining rooms open onto wide covered decks with a gas BBQ and provide sweeping views from Mount Imlay in the south, the Great Divide in the west, and north to Gulaga mountain. Grey kangaroos and red-necked wallabies graze the lawn in the early morning and lorikeets, king parrots, white headed pigeons and golden whistlers enliven the foliage by day. A track from the back door provides pleasant walks or rides through the National Park to Tathra, Bournda Beach, Wallagoot Lake and to kilometres of rocky coastline scattered with secluded embayments. Walk directly to the National Park coast in little over half an hour, and be rewarded with wild and uninterrupted seclusion from horizon to horizon, while the shops and restaurants of Tathra are less than a 5 minute drive away!
